The measures outlined in the Talent Boost programme are aimed at attracting international talent to Finland, especially in sectors with labour shortages, improving Finland’s attractiveness, increasing the employment of international talent in jobs that correspond to their skills, supporting companies’ ability to identify, recruit and manage diverse teams, and increase the receptiveness of Finnish society and workplaces.
